A course that focuses on acquiring and applying movement knowledge and skills in a range of movement contexts. An introduction to human spirituality and the concept of spiritual well-being as it relates to personal wellness and public health issues. A survey course that examines the effects and psycho-social outcomes that influence involvement and participation in physical activity. A detailed study of the application of theoretical aspects of leadership in sport.
